How do I book a collection?

The quickest way is WhatsApp. Message us or use the Book a Collection link and we will confirm your one-hour slot. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, or you are booking on behalf of a company, email contact@renewdrycleaners.com instead.

Can I send a photo of my garment on WhatsApp?

Yes. A photograph can help us understand your enquiry. For an accurate assessment of delicate fabrics, stains, damage, alterations or specialist garments, however, we may still need to inspect the item physically.

Can I ask questions before coming to the shop?

Of course. Contact us and tell us what you need help with. If useful, you can also send photographs. For many garment-care questions, the most accurate advice can be given once we have inspected the item.
